Users must, in any case, comply with trademark ownership and copyright regulations.
Trademarks and logos on the website that do not belong to FORM Srl but to the manufacturers of the goods for sale are the exclusive property of those companies and may not be used without their consent.
Users are responsible for any activity carried out by third parties, even without their knowledge, through their computer or identifying data. FORM Srl declines any liability for damages resulting from improper use of the website’s contents.
Liability
The information and services provided on the website are offered “as is” and “as available.” The company makes no guarantees that they will meet the user’s specific needs or achieve the desired or expected results.
FORM Srl declines any responsibility for damages resulting from the content and/or functioning of third-party web pages linked within its website. The company nevertheless commits to evaluating the removal of harmful links reported by users.
Within the limits set by Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FORM Srl, as well as its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, employees, and collaborators, from any claims or liabilities—including legal fees—that may arise from the use of the website and/or its services.
FORM Srl assumes no responsibility for any damage, claim, or direct or indirect loss resulting from malfunction or failure of electronic devices related to the website, including Internet Service Providers and any third-party connections. Likewise, the company cannot be held liable or considered in breach of contract for damages caused by force majeure events that are beyond its control or unforeseeable, such as network or telephone connection failures, acts of sabotage by third parties, etc.
Any violation of the general terms of website use and/or any other user behavior that may harm the site or the company’s image will result in the deletion of the user’s data and the loss of access to the website and its services, without prejudice to the company’s right to seek legal remedies for any damages suffered.
FORM Srl declines all responsibility for inaccuracies in product specifications or documentation. Product data sheets are not binding and may be changed by the manufacturer. Images and information are indicative and not binding, and are mostly sourced directly from the manufacturers’ websites. Product names and trademarks are used solely for identification purposes and are specifically referenced through the manufacturer’s product code.

FORM Srl reserves the right to modify at any time the structure and general contractual terms for the use of the website without incurring any liability or obligation toward users.
Relations between FORM Srl and users are governed by Italian law and, where not inconsistent with it, by the General Contractual Terms of Use of the website.
For any disputes to which the principle of the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the consumer’s court (Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, updated by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014) does not apply—where the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile within the State—the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the Court of Milan.
In the event that any of these General Contractual Terms of Use are deemed invalid or unenforceable, they shall be interpreted in accordance with the remaining provisions.
